The graphs below are for November 2022.  Since July of this year, we can see that sales have decreased and are averaging about 2 sales per month in Bellechase.

At the same time, we see the graph in purple showing the inventory has increased significantly since July where we had a 4 month supply.  Today we are at a 9 month supply of homes for sale in the community.

This means that the homes for sale in Bellechase are competing for 2 buyers per month!
