Community amenities includes 3 golf courses, including an 18 hole, par 72 course, walking trails, clubhouse, spa, restaurants, fitness center and more.

On Top of the World is located in southwest Ocala and homes range from 1000 sq. ft to 3000 sq. ft.  Some neighborhoods in On Top of the World are fee simple, meaning you own your land, while others are land leases.

There is an HOA fee ranging from $400-$600 monthly depending on the neighborhood inside On Top of The World.

Most of the communities are on land leases; but there is one community where you own the land.
