Not only do buyers and sellers want to learn about the real estate market, they also want to discuss what they want in a real estate agent, their experiences buying or selling a home, local market conditions, home improvement trends, marketing tips & strategies, and more.

Consumers want to share their likes and dislikes about their area; why they love their home, community, neighbors and subdivision. They want to meet other homeowners and discuss area happenings and changes and how it will or does affect their lives.
