Walgreens Discounts
On the first Tuesday of each month, 20 percent discounts are offered to all Walgreens Balance Rewards card holders who are 55 years old and older.
New York City Discounts
Seniors, 65 years old and older, can ride the city’s subways and buses by showing a government-issued photo ID and pay only $1.35 for a round-trip fare.
You can also buy reduced fare Metro Cards at subway tollbooths.
Getting to the airport is as affordable as $8 one-way with Newark Airport Express.
