July sales Rainbow Springs Country Club podcast is here! Sales data shows there were only 6 sales in the community! To say there has been a drastic change in the market in the Rainbow Springs Country Club is a huge understatement. Last July there were 15 homes sold in the community during the same 30-day period. The sale prices that month in 2017 ranged from a 2 bedroom, 1900 sq ft home for $89,100 to a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home, 2,200 sq ft that sold for $255,000.
